I don’t usually write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond, it deserves to be shouted from the rooftops—or at least posted online! I had my car repaired here, and Rudy was an absolute rockstar. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. He kept me in the loop every step of the way—no guessing games, no surprises, just honest communication and solid work. The repair was done quickly but without cutting corners. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines skill with integrity, but Rudy nailed it. If I ever need this kind of service again (fingers crossed I don’t, but life happens), I’m heading straight back here. Rudy and Chris took care of my daughters ‘96 Thunderbird like it was their own. They are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable- and they didn’t try to upsell me on repairs that I didn’t need while still doing a very thorough job.The shop is very clean and inviting. I was able to get an appointment within a couple days and was back on the road in no time. This place is great! I went in to repair my driver side window that would not go down. Rudy maintained communication with me throughout the process, informing me of what he found and pricing of parts and labor so there were no surprises at the end. I was, in fact, surprised when it came out a touch less expensive than what was quoted. Window now works as it was designed to work. Quick service from friendly, knowledgeable staff.
